About the Role
The Friendly Bean Barista is expected to provide outstanding customer services and delicious food and drinks. The Barista will also need to work with clients of New Horizons on a daily basis at The Friendly Bean.

Demonstrate great customer service
Responsible for following Safe Serve protocol making sure we are compliant with the Board of Health
Responsible for ensuring good quality food and beverage is prepared and sold to our customers
Greet customers, take orders, prepare food, and operate a cash register
Assist Friendly Bean Daily Manager with inventory control
Responsible for proper cleaning and sanitization of Cafe
Participate in any training that is offered
Assist in completing all daily duties that are in place to assure Board of Health Compliance
Responsible for reporting all incidents and concerns to Management
Work with all staff and clients to promote the Friendly Bean and its Mission
Support and promote our loyalty program
Maintain a good working relationship with the Lawrenceburg Public Library Staff
Requirements
High school diploma required; 4 years higher education preferred
Must possess or be able to complete the requirement for First Aid/CPR certification
This position can require a Barista to be on their feet from 4 to 8hours.
There can be lite bending and lifting
