Sweets at Liberty Park

Sweets at Liberty Park is an ice cream shop located in Liberty Park, Batesville, Indiana. Open from late spring through fall, it was created to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities interested in community employment with opportunities to gain valuable work experience. The launch of the ice cream shop was a collaborative community effort, made possible with support from the Hillenbrand Foundation, John A. Hillenbrand Foundation, Rising Sun Foundation, Belterra Casino, the City of Batesville, and the Ripley County Community Foundation.
